I bought a new iPad and didn’t know how to set it up with my internet service with Xfinity. I called and talked to a rep named Jay. She was amazing. Lady lake Florida Store OUTSTANDING

I had a issue with the Internet service, specifically the representations of the phone reps as well as one store representative at Lady Lake Location. I scheduled a appointment to see the people in person to try and resolve the issue. I meet with my original rep Mr. David Levy. ( Who is not the rep in question at the store ) He listened to what his coworkers said to me, He immediately started to work on solutions to the problem. Keep in mind he was not the creator of the problem he was the answer. He was not interested in playing the games of he said she said he was focused on Solutions period. What a outstanding representative that is not in Management. He got the information input into the file reviewed properly as well as the time periods. He then got the manager on duty involved Who's Name was Doug Once more not worried about he said she said but listened to David and immediately started working on the solution. I was told that the solution would need assistance from the home office or Tire Two David stated that a Manager would be following up with me and a solution no later than the next Day. On my way home from the store a Manager named Adam called me and stated that he was on the case and the store Manager Brent was aware and on the case as well. He stated that he would follow up with me the next day. Adam kept his word and did exactly that He called me the following day with SOLUTIONS, Wow what a concept. I came back into the store today to finalize the solution and everything that was stated. All was completed to the last detail. I want to Thank The entire management Team Doug, Brent and Adam the lead management contact. I especially would like to thank Mr. David Levy he is an exceptional representative and man of his Word! Good customer service

I was having issues with my phone that I didn't understand so i went to xfinity store in Upper Saint Clair Pa. No appoint was made. I was greeted by Caleb Barton and I did the best explanation of my issues. He had no problem in indentifying my problem and with in a few seconds had my phone working the way it did before I was given some kind of upgrade. Xfinity rewards program updated

I’m updating the review below (1 star prior review) to reflect the (5 star) response from Xfinity. Xfinity reached out yesterday and granted me full credit for the years I accumulated as a customer! And I now have premium status in the program. It’s a great move on their part. I appreciate them recognizing a disparity in the program and making the adjustment in my case. They deserve credit for being able to turn a bad customer service experience into a good one. (The prior 1 star review) I am an Xfinity/Comcast subscriber for 34 of the last 35 years and was only given credit for 1&1/2 years of service in the Rewards program because of a lapse of service greater than 90 days when I relocated to another state. I was told in person multiple times at the xfinity store that I qualified for the top tier of the rewards program. I was told it would take 2 or 3 days for the upgrade to occur. 9 days later after not hearing back from them I ended up spending a great of time trying to finally speak to someone(not a bot!) for a response…a rejection for service lapse. If the program is predicated on loyalty and there is a customer subscribing since the mid 1980’s (likely before the people I talked to were even born) that customer(s) should be recognized and appreciated.

On 3/30/23 I was involved with a fraud attempt with xfinity. I fell for it. After I contacted xfinity and was treated with expert advice. Going thru all the channels I was introduced to Ethan with the fraud complaint division of xfinity. Ethan was an expert and handled my situation and took all the information. New iphone 14 was a great experience!

My wife and I purchased a new iphone 14 at the Fernandina Beach store in Fernandina Beach, FL. The associate was 9 months pregnant but so focused on what she was doing, we were complete in less than an hour. It was amazing to see someone work at such a high level of efficiency. She migrated the data from the old phone, helped us find the Otter case we wanted, and explained the terms (which were excellent I might add). Xfinty has been a wonderful experience for us since we moved from T-Mobile a year ago (sorry T-Mobile!! - you were awful, and very expensive with poor coverage). We also switched to Xfinity internet a year ago and we have never looked back. This company has great products at great prices, and they hire qualified people. Thank you Xfinity!!!!! Please keep up the great service. I would like to add that the iPhone plan was not marked up like the previous carrier did. We love the terms and the phone. VERY SATISFIED!! Marc
