These people do know how to treat customers. My delivery got delayed (due to carrier's fault). I called them out of business ours and they saw my lost call and call me back (first showing of awesome customer service). When I explained the situation they acted fast and shipped a new item (second showing) and told me to mail the first one back in case I ever received it. Also to make my wait short they expedited the delivery at their own cost (third showing). I am telling you, these people know what they're doing. Brilliant!!

Wow! Great workmanship, and made in the USA by actual US Citizens. Fast shipping. There prices are in line for the quality you receive. I ordered a marlow black leather top hat. I have a 26 inch head ordered a 3xl it is the largest size they have for the Marlow, i was a bit leary but, took a chance, GLAD i did! Also glad it came with hat sizers! Surprisingly the 3xl Marlow was BIG on MY knoggin! I was so happy i almost cried, i dont find many hats that actually fit my george Lopez head, very often, and for it to actually be a BIT too big.. still, i recommend staying true to size. Comes well protected. Highly recommend American Hat Makers.
