Apple Tracking Order Status

Today I had to call Apple customer service because I went to the zoom feature and just wanted to enlarge it a little but got everything too big I couldn’t do anything. I had to use our land phone to call them. The first time I called them, after waiting for awhile I finally got someone but she was of no help at all and she even hung up on me. The next customer service lady I talked to (Sara) was life saver. Se helped me the most. A very frustrating experience.

Always have been a big fan. Just dont like the battery life.

This is a generic review for Applecare, the phone-up and screen-sharing tech support free with every Apple product. I vastly prefer to handle problems by phone conversation with a human, and I find Applecare is by miles the best phone up support of any tech, retail, utility, product, or service. Very quick to get connected, no AI voice or lengthly menus. Reps are almost always highly knowledgable, often to the point of geekdom. They can screen share (without taking over the mouse), a huge help. Supervisor available if the rep can't handle it. Best of all, they will teach you how to use aps, suggest tips and workarounds, even help with peripherals, go to websites with you for products or info - just about everything your best bud tech pro would do for you. I call in more for advice than for actual problems, tho if the support articles were less opaque . . . . Applecare is why I don't own a PC or android phone.
