avant – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I received a product as a mystery product from another vendor, amazing beautiful product. I attempted to buy it directly from Avant Skincare and a completely different product was in the box! No joke - the box did not correspond to the item I received. I’ve filled out a customer contact form and tried to get through on the phone to no avail. The joke is on me for paying 60 odd quid for a deluxe sample size tube of face cream. I think the company is a scam - avoid.

....And it isn’t because the products are worth it! I have received many different Avant products in subscription boxes....it seems obvious that these products have an insane price tag for one reason and one reason only - it artificially inflates the price of the boxes. Customers then believe the boxes are value for money when they are anything but! You can rarely buy these products in a department store, unlike other ‘luxe’ products with a similar price, such as Dior, Sisley and Dr Sebagh. Now, why would that be? Could it be the ingredients are sourced cheaply from China and then the products privately labelled? The products are then used in pretty much every subscription box to inflate prices and con subscribers into believing they’re spending their hard earned cash on boxes that are value for money. I am so dubious of this brand that I no longer put the products anywhere near my face.

Love this brand. Innovative and great products.
