Big Lots – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Meadville pa store ,c1888084 on reciept . Entire staff was very helpful. Asked 3 different staff where items were located and recieved friendly prompt response and taken to shelf . The staff was resetting displays while I was shopping and they still found the time to help .This was a great store experience!!!

Receiving help so quickly in this store was a great experience. Art listened to me when I was describing what I was looking for and he found it quick!! It was a chair side table. He was very professional and courteous. He put the box in the shopping cart since I couldn’t do it due to hand surgery. I give him 10 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you Art Gladys

We purchased a Broyhill electric fireplace. The white wooden mantle with marble sides and herring bone brick work. The petit size. It’s absolutely fabulous! The mantle is very well made and the paint job was perfect! Because of the brick in the background there’s so much depth, it’s not just a black box. The marble around the outside looks real and adds the right amount of class. The heater is situated at the bottom of the fireplace so it’s not obvious. It’s a nice heater that has a hmmm so it’s not clunky sounding. You stop hearing it after a bit. The logs/fire are lovely too. It looks just as beautiful turned off as turned on. I would truly buy this again!

I went to the Big Lots store in Duluth, GA hoping to find some of what I was looking for. I had set up a pick up in 2 other Big Lot stores. I went to one previously, and got a couple things. But, this store in Duluth, GA had everything and more that I was looking for. Not only that, their store was SO clean and organized! The workers were very helpful and friendly, not one, but everyone I came in contact with. They were all busy putting up stock, organizing, even the store manager! He even helped at the checkout, because I had a lot of fragile items, and he packed each one separately! I don't always write reviews. It has to be a very bad experience, which...it has to be real bad, or real good! I just had to write a review. It's not the closest Big Lots to me, but convenience in location is not always best. Kudos to this very efficient store staff! I shall be back! ☺️

I was only in the store yesterday for 10 minutes and had my things in my arms and two different employees asked if I needed a basket including Sonia at the register which made me feel very special and then again at Sonia's register. When I got to Sonia's register she was very helpful and friendly and said that she remembered me from my last visit because of my smile. I said thank you and complimented her smile too because smiles are very rare these days. Thank you for hiring people like Sonia I'm sure I'm going to continue to enjoy my shopping experience at my Big lots Lake Jackson Texas 😍
