Stunning dress I wore it to my sons wedding loads of complements it came in larger sizes though and a different colour which I would have had for my next sons wedding but devastated its not here this year 😢

I have purchased outfits from Chi Chi lots of times over several years and the quality and choice of the products is excellent. Depending on the style of the outfit the sizing can be a bit hit and miss. I am usually a size 14, but order a 16 as well, with a view to returning one. It costs £3.99 carriage to receive goods and £3.99 is also taken off the refund amount, if you return anything, but this is clearly stated on the website and does not put me off ordering, as the prices and quality are so good, despite this. I recently purchase a dress that was absolutely gorgeous. I got so many compliments when I wore it, I took the trouble to email Chi Chi to let them know. Often on the high street there are not many places to shop and you worry you might bump into someone wearing the same outfit, look at their website there is so much for everyone of all ages and sizes. I have seen reviews regarding poor customer service and missing refunds, but this has never happened to me. Ordering online can be a lottery whoever you buy from re sizing and returns, but Chi Chi always respond quickly by email and refunds occur within a few days, as the parcel is always tracked you get an email saying they have received it.

I've ordered a wedding dress yesterday , with next day delivery and got the parcel today . The dress is amaaaaaaazing, true to size, I am wearing uk 8 , dress fit well , the quality is amazing! Brand new dress for less than £200, thank you Chi Chi London, to be honest I'm over the moon!
