In the UK there is a showroom in Holborn that you can go to in order to try before you buy these expensive chairs, you get a dedicated person to explain how to work the chairs and which might suit your needs. Delivery for the chair was fast and the whole thing arrived assembled - the courier took the box away as the website said he would. I can see there are some complaints with customer service so I hope I never have to use them! Mostly concerned about the warranty in some cases not coming through for people though

Dopo avere usato con estrema soddisfazione una sedia Aeron Classic per otto anni, ho di recente cambiato lavoro ed ho perciò ordinato una Aeron Gaming Remastered. Sfortunatamente la nuova Aeron non si adatta altrettanto bene ai miei 190cm x 80kg: la misura C è comodissima per la schiena ma ha i braccioli troppo distanti dal corpo, mentre la misura B ha il supporto lombare troppo basso. Dopo alcuni solleciti il supporto clienti Herman Miller ha onorato la politica di reso dichiarata sul sito e mi ha consentito di effettuare la restituzione ottenendo il rimborso. Consiglio a chi è indeciso di provare queste sedie perché i marchi che possono vantare simile qualità sono davvero pochi.

Excellent chair and service. Very confused by the other terrible reviews here! The chair is super comfortable, I can already feel my back thanking me. Plus it is the only nice-looking office chair I was able to find that fits with a Scandinavian office vibe. The delivery man was really lovely and helpful, even taking away all the packaging which saves an annoying job! The best delivery service of any product I've ordered.

No problems for me. Kept informed about the delivery (which was about 2 weeks after purchase). My new Aeron chair is superbly comfortable, and all controls feel robust.
