Adriel took my chat question and had my site back up in only a few minutes. It usually takes over an hour to get this issue resolved. HostGator should have Adriel train the others in customer service.

I spent over a week trying to get my email up and running. I had no idea why it was cut off, and I spoke with four of your representatives on the phone and one online. It kept leading to dead ends. Nobody ever gave me a reason why I was cut off. I spoke with Marj today, and she solved my problem in no time. I just needed to pay for my renewal, and a credit card I no longer have was on file. I was so frustrated, and Marj was amazing!
