Hotel Chocolate makes it's rivals look like budget B&Bs. Quality products, affordable prices and faultless deliveries. Shame they don't offer all inclusive weekend breaks.

Received my chocolates on time. They're a present so will await the opinion of the chocolates themselves. Having got them out of the packaging to wrap the container is completely sticky, is this normal?

Order delivered on correct date & my friend is delighted with it, so much so that he is taking it on our forthcoming break in order to share with me!

I ordered a Velvetiser and I must say it is a delight. Arreived in great condition and makes exceptionally good hot chocolate. Also whips milk up quite nicely if a Cappucino is your thing. Also purchased some Macarons and to be honest they are overpriced and glorified Chocolate Buttons. They are NOT macarons. Don’t order them if you want an actual Macaron. It is a chocolate replica. Taste great but are they worth £16 for 16? Not in my eyes.
