Excellent service as usual. Chaoimhe was very professional and helpful. I am sorry you are leaving the Irish market as Iberdrola was the best utility company I have ever dealt with.

I have left this provider due to price issues, but will have to give positive review as the staff have always been very good. Signing up the lads at the door were very nice, another gent called recently and was very polite and helpful. Also, on customer service call to Saskia before leaving she was really helpful and upfront about pricing and answered my questions really well. I left only due to pricing, but have to say the customer service side was very good.

I had a problem accessing my account and was advised by Caitlin Reilly who solved the problem. As a new customer I was very impressed by her and if she is an example of your service then you have a star there!

As someone who is just changing to Iberdrola, I was very impressed at how courteous and patient Caoimhe was when I phoned looking for information on several issues . She gave me plenty of time and assured me that I was not wasting hers and that it was important that I understood everything I was signing up for. Thanks Caoimhe.
