Took the plunge with instasmile after seeing how happy they made my daughter when she ordered some. The customer care is second to none . They stay in constant contact , talking you through each step . My clip in veneers arrived today, much earlier than expected , and just in time for a weekend away (yay!!)…they’re going to take a bit of getting used to in how they feel in my mouth, but they fit like a glove and look totally amazing . I can’t wait to smile non stop from now on lol . Really do recommend instasmile . They actually care, and they help you through the process step by step . I know they will help me feel so much more confident. 10/10

After being on the fence for a while before placing my order with Instasmile I’m honestly so happy with the service I received. I had a phone call with the team beforehand to make sure it would be a good choice for me, they advised a natural and straighter design regarding the top and bottom set I ordered, this was because of my existing overbite. Next day my moulds arrived which were very well explained. I sent off my images and got approved first time, although I did have to do a second attempt to get my bottom set right this was due to slight drag, trial & error. Even so I was explained in detail how to fix this, customer service was brilliant. I’ve since had both top/bottom set arrive and I’m really happy with them. They look so good with the 2nd shade, Even had a second top set remade after sending some images to team which is above and beyond what was expected.

Got my kit quickly! Someone has already reached out with helpful tips on making my impressions correctly! I’m so excited!
