Overpriced flowers for Valentine's Day arrived on wilted stems, with dropping petals. No doubt the worst I've ever seen. When I called customer service, they refused to issue a refund, only offering to send a replacement at the end of the week. I am filed a complaint with the BBB as a result.

They Kept Transferring me to Telaflora (which if you look at there ratings they are not so hott) and telling me they where dealing with my order. and when telaflora finally answered they said kablooms should of not transfered you. you have to talk to kabloom. so i told kabloom that and they still transfered me. and i never got my answer i called 5 times and everytime someone was rude and just transfered me or hang up. To make it simple Kabloom uses Telaflora to ship there flowers and if you check there reviews right now you will not be happy. Kabloom never told me they where using telaflora.
