They have a very very bad quality jewellery. they don’t pay your money back!! Horrible customer servise.. don’t trust the pictures, the gold colour jewellery looks so chip! I spent a lot of money and I sent it back as soon as they arrived.. Now I have no jewellery and no money:(( run away from Lavanijewels

Commande d'un collier avec gravure, 75€. Délai de livraison très long... Le collier est arrivé dans une petite boite, la chaine était emmêlée et le médaillon était marqué de traces de doigts, le rendu était sale. La couleur du métal "plaqué or" était très jaune et paraissait fausse. Métal de mauvaise qualité ? Après plusieurs mails de réclamation, la marque a finit par accepter de me renvoyer une nouvelle chaine neuve. Malheureusement, celle ci est toujours aussi jaune, très fine, ne ressemble pas aux photos et le rendu n'est vraiment pas esthétique. Je suis très déçue de la marque, les bijoux sont très beau sur le site, mais cela n'est pas professionnel.

I can't tell how much I'm disappointed in this horrible and overpriced company. Disgusting customer support, jewelry that won't even last for a month, and impossible to send them back. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! I've spent serious money at Lawani, and they didn't take back those items from the post office that I sent back for them. And believe me, I sent them back right away when I got them... Don't order from them, it really doesn't worth it. One of my biggest learnings... £210 out of the window.

Terrible jewelry company. I've had many issues with them and my case is finally resolved by European Consumer Center. The worst customer service i've ever seen. - they show different prices for different EU countries - they NEVER refund money, always offering gift card/exchange etc. so if something goes wrong, prepare for a battle - they don't write if a piece is pre-order or not so you can't know when are they shipping - my issue in particular was that they shipped late and by the time it arrived i was not home so the package went back to them but they claimed they never received the package back and didn't offer any solution for 3 months. all they said was they would ship it again once they received... which is an insane way to approach this problem in my opinion. finally I complained about them towards ODR, ECC and PayPal. ECC netherlands took the case and the company shipped the items second time. - so i can actually review the QUALITY as well: one earring came with a hole closed off so it didnt sit right and one necklace was just badly designed that the stone wouldnt face across but look downwards. but i was so fed up with them i didnt complain any further about the quality. now i dont even wear the jewelry due to negative feelings attached to it. all in all, i don't recommend, waste of time and money.
