Amazing experience from start to finish!!! I ordered two extra desks for my business and it was delivered and installed earlier than I was promised. The quality of the desks exceeded my expectations by a mile. All my inquiries prior to purchasing and delivery were addressed immediately. I was very pleased with the responsiveness to the problem of damage to a shipment I received. Memoky was professional and pleasant in resolving the issue; a replacement piece was sent promptly. I couldn't have been more satisfied by their response, and the quality of the wood and leather chair I ordered honestly exceeded my expectations. I'll order form them again.

Most of these negative reviews are because of COVID and furniture is back-logged. Wayfair has furniture that won't be shipped for up to 10 weeks. It's not the seller's fault if they are given the wrong info. I ordered a sectional through Jillian and everything went smoothly. She is very personable and nice to deal with. I was lucky enough that the item didn't have to be made, it was in the warehouse.

Just received my dining room table and chairs. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Patricia who helped me with my order gets an A+ for customer service and communication. Definitely recommend and will shop here again.
