Dont go. To much money for so called art

Bonjour nous sommes allés visiter le Moco muséum de Barcelone. Le musée se trouve dans un quartier très agréable « el Born ». Nous avons apprécié les œuvres exposées ainsi que le contraste entre le bâtiment et la collection. Belle découverte

Amazing collection of art from established and up coming artists.

It is in the same area where the bigger and more known museums are located (Van Gogh and Rijksmuseum). Smaller but with a nice gallery of modern/street art, Banksy dominating the gallery and at the time, got to see Arsham, Kusama, Warhol, and KAWS. Also has a nice outdoor garden with art pieces (if you feel it is a bit crowded or want some air). Only real drawback is I felt the price was a bit on the high side, and basically the same price as the other 2 bigger museums. Also, payment was via debit/credit ONLY (no cash) at the time of my visit, this could be an issue to some visitors.

Small gallery but when we went it had an excellent selection of Banksy pieces. A nice and easily approachable introduction to contemporary art. A little crowded on a Saturday perhaps but good value. Buy tickets in advance and start your viewing from the top and work down.
