CDE non livrée et non remboursée

J'ai commandé 2 bacs pour plantation d'une valeur de 114 € au mois d'avril 2022. N'ayant rien reçu en juin j'ai demandé le remboursement de ma commande et l'annulation de celle-ci. Ils ont bien annulé la cde mais je n'ai jamais été remboursé. Comme son nom l'indique : à fuir.
