Pure Talk – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Reliability matches or exceeds previous Verizon carrier. Have not experienced any more “no service” areas than I had with previous carrier in areas travel throughout the southeast. The price and reliability makes PureTalk a model for other carriers to follow.

I love the great prices and good service, but support is somewhat lacking. Since I started with PureTalk, some of my apps will no longer work. technical support was not able to resolve problem.

Have been traveling on a road trip and the coverage has been quite good, comparable with Verizon wireless. Does eat up the data faster on the road, especially while using Google maps. Would be nice to be able to use the lower data speed to not eat up the high speed data for this. Hotspot is limited but good to have. Would be great if offered a Home Gateway like Verizon offers so you could use unlimited data for both phone and home for same price.

Great customer service personal. They make a connection as person not an entity. Glade I made the switch from t-mobile.
