Lightsaber is good quality and functions. The interface for selecting saber sound, color, and other features is just terrible. In hindsight I would have bought from a company that offers a bluetooth interface

Good customer service bought the newest dualist, (2nd version at the time) it broke quite fast due to a glue issue so we contacted customer service, they didn’t reply, hence my 4 star review. We put a bad review on Facebook and got a swift email from customer service, they sent us the latest version (4th version) with no cost all bills payed

Was initially concerned with the lack of communication after ordering the Ghost saber from these guys, days and weeks going past and only an assurance that the order was being processed. We ordered late November and thankfully received the saber mid December, which isn't that bad of a lead time considering it's the run up to Christmas. We've not assembled it yet as it's a Christmas present for one of the kids, but the quality and detail of the base part is outstanding. I'm sure the kids will love this on Christmas morning

I got my first saber from this store and was blown away by the quality. So much better than the Disney ones, yet they cost way less.

Brilliant company and great communication from them :) I asked for a cancellation to my order with a full refund, and they were very helpful, quick and prompt. 10/10
