The driver was there promptly. Smiled and greeted us enthusiastically. The actual drive was smooth even though we hit a traffic jam due to an accident. Based on your time recommendation we were still at the airport in plenty of time, would definitely use this service again.

The main part of our experience was good. Online booking easy for our round trip, driver came when scheduled both ways and was polite, car was clean. Issue was regarding young child carseat. Not on original booking form. When I called in, I paid and extra $30 for one, but the confirmation only showed the carseat one way. It took 3 calls and over 1.5 hours total to get it corrected. Phone staff difficult to understand with poor connections and accents. When the first driver confirmed the day before, he sent a picture of a booster seat instead of a car seat. He made arrangements to change drivers and we still ended up with a booster seat both ways. Frustrating that they didn't know what they had available. Bring your own carseat if you need one.
