Resolved my issue quickly. The response time was five seconds. Easily helped me through the problem and the process was easy. I really like this company.

Have had system installed for one week and everything seems to be performing as it should. However the instalation was not simple or easy. Was accomplished over a two day period with multiple phone calls lasting appx 4 hours spread over the two days.

Only had the system for two weeks but so far so good. Needed help with set up, help line excellent service all sorted with in a matter of minutes. Have scored a 4 because if the alarm is activated the notification you receive to be honest is quite pitiful think it’s 4 wobble type bleeps if you didn’t have your phone close to hand you would miss it. Easy to set up. It’s off! Or Home, or Away. Like the home button, go to bed set home house secure! Possibly could find a cheaper system But I’m happy with simplicity.

Great experience purchasing directly from the site . Took out the offer that was originally on managed to save a good sum of money they system took less then 15 minutes to install across my property it blends in nicely compared to other brads metion sensors and key pads. We also purchased the key fobs which I would highly recommend for times you are walking in with ur hands full your able to disarm your system prio to entering.
