Received 8x8 framed wall tile - the frame is cheap plastic, all scratched, and bent the photo. Customer service remade the order, arrived in exactly the same condition. I was asked to submit photos of the first and second order, which is ridiculous. I did that for the first order and that it why it was redone. After working with two customer service reps the second was most helpful. He reviewed my chat and quickly resolved the issue, issuing a full refund. My faith in the "customer satisfaction" guarantee has been restored. I would recommend Snapfish, but, if you have an issue with your order, don't give up, retry if you have to with another customer service rep until you get satisfaction.

Considering the price of them. I think it’s a brilliant company. The quality of the pictures is not the best. But I’m using 6X4 for my family photo album and I think they are well worth the price, plus I keep getting free prints which is an added bonus. I only gave 4 stars because the quality is not amazing, and so I won’t be using for my wedding album but they are still nice for my little family album.

I ordered a pint glass with a custom design. I ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!!! Honestly, it's one of the best gifts I've ever given. They created it within 2 days an shipped it. I got tracked 24 delivery so it arrived on the next day. Very very happy with the service, would definitely use it again!!

I ordered a canvas picture. It arrived a few days later carefully wrapped and in perfect condition. The canvas was exactly what I had hoped for and it was competitively priced. I was wanting to order a collage picture with photos, not canvas, but you don't seem to do that, as I couldn't find it on your website.
