Fantastic customer service experience and brilliant products! I placed a rather large order for a varied selection of items and the majority arrived within the stated timescales and perfectly packaged. There was a slight delay with one of the items so I contacted the company via social media. They were apologetic and swiftly resolved the issue.

The customer services representative I spoke to was polite, quick to respond, and very professional. And they took time to genuinely ask about how I was, which meant a lot.
