So easy to apply on line. Clear questions and explanations. Very fast and simple. Timely issue of documents by email. Very reasonably priced.

Booking experience is OK but you have to re-enter the same medical data each time (same person, same day/hour, multiple destinations/dates). Fortunately, I have not needed to make any claims, so I do not know how well they perform.

While I do not automatically renew I have always found it very easy to do the quotes I have found it stay sure keeps in touch with you and update you on any advice that is needed. Great company great service

Website easy to navigate. Medical conditions section very clear unlike some sites. I had a slight problem getting link emailed to me but quickly solved by online chat and Zain also arranged to post documents to me so very helpful.
