Even though FedEx lost my son's New Skateboard & wouldn't fix it, The-House Crew (Chase), was totally apologetic and offered a Brand New Board at the lower discounted rate without hesitation. While I can say I'm not much of a fan of FedEx, Chase & The-House Crew are TOP NOTCH in Service, Professionalism, and taking pride in their customers. Needless to say, The-House is now our Family Fan Favorite company for Life!

Well, wish I'd checked these reviews before I purchased, because my story is the same. I purchased what was advertised as a ski + binding kit. When it arrived ... no bindings. Surely they'll make it right? Nope. Can't get through to support. Phone, chat, contact form ... forget it. They decided customer service isn't important. UPDATE: I am changing my review from 1-star to 4-star. I tried by phone again, and managed to get through (after 2 hours). The rep I spoke with was friendly, acknowledged the issue, and followed up today to let me know they found a set of the bindings that were left out of the initial shipment, and expedited them to me. Docked one star because this was only possible after weathering a brutal 2-hour hold.
