Ordered on Friday 9/30/22. They say ship same day if ordered by 1:00pm which I did. When no movement on order by Wednesday 10/5, I tried texting and calling (pressing 2 when prompted to check on order) and did not get through. Undeterred I called back and pressed 1 for placing a new order and got through! A very nice customer service person found my order and said it had been scheduled to ship Monday but had been missed, by this time it was a few minutes until 5:00pm when the Allentown warehouse closed. He told me if he was unable to resolve my issue by 5 he would be back in at 10 tomorrow and would call me back. Sure enough Thursday morning I got a call from him saying my order would ship that day; it did. Tires arrived in a timely fashion thereafter. They were a good deal. Having spent 40 plus years working is a similar environment I understand how an order can fall through the cracks, especially when a weekend is involved. Tiremart could use several more good people like the person that helped me so the wait time on the phone would be less than two hours.
