I am happy that i purchased a TT970 4G smart flip phone. I love that i have a key pad aswell as a touch screen. It a peach of a phone and its easy to use. I dont like modern Android touch screen smart phones. The TT970 suits my purpose brilliantly.

The company is great in terms of online help. I purchased a TT970 which is a half-way house between old style and a smartphone. I have been using Whats App and Facebook successfully but couldn't connect to my email - possibly my provider blocking access. I find the calendar frustrating compared to my previous phone and when a calendar alarm goes off the green light stays on even after I delete the appointment. I have to turn the phone off and on again to get rid of it. However the camera is much better than my old phone and I can also record phone calls which is handy. The TT970 was not easy to set up and I am quite techie!

Delivered on time. Sound ideal for somebody hard of hearing. Only downside was that some of the functions are not that easy to use, e.g. contacts list.
