We-Vibe – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

We purchased the sync 2 for Christmas however just couldn’t get it to charge after a number of tries we upgraded to the jive but then had issues with the app, after nearly giving up I contacted we-vibe directly after seeing it takes between 5/8 days for a reply I wasn’t overly hopeful but they got in touch after just a day they where fabulous with the help and support given. It makes such a nice chance to receive good customer service. Thank you again

The customer service was amazing, with my warranty problem and was sorted very quick no problems at all. I provided my receipt and the problem was sorted straight away. Would highly recommend anyone to use we vibe.

Mein We-Vibe Melt (mein absolutes Lieblingstoy) ist unerwartet nach einem Jahr kaputtgegangen, wurde mir aber dank der 2-jährigen Garantie innerhalb von einer Woche ersetzt. Der Kundenservice war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Würde jederzeit wieder bei We-Vibe bestellen, tolle Produkte und super Kundenservice. DANKE!

I recently placed an order for a new We-Vibe toy, but it got lost in the mail. I was worried, so I contacted their customer service and they immediately sent me a replacement order. It arrived in the next fews days (with free lube too)! I was very impressed with how quickly and efficiently they resolved the issue, and I was also impressed with how friendly and helpful the customer service representative was.

Before you go reading all the negative reviews take a second to read this one. I can say this customer service team is spectacular! The products from we-vibe are super high quality. I can admit that not all “one size fits all” products are gonna fit everyone because everyone is built different. BUT! The customer service team was an absolute pleasure to work with and they helped me choose out the right product for me and my wife! Absolutely thrilled I got such a fantastic experience.
