The service was excellent, beautifully packaged and I love the Pearl earring, however they’ve already fallen out of my ear twice as the back is too big to hold the pin in place. I was fortunate to find the earring both times but on the second occasion I lost the back. I’m now frightened to wear them!

I had a broken bracelet and Wolf and Badger helped me to get a replacement. The customer care representative that I dealt with Laura went above and beyond to make sure that it was easy and it required no effort from me as the customer. Exceptional service!
