Blooms Today – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

The arrangement was BEAUTIFUL!! It came on time in the middle of a pandemic and brutal winter storm! Amazing!! It is fresh with plenty of flowers yet to bloom, and again, just beautifully arranged. I will be a customer again.

I see that most people have poor experiences with Blooms Today but I am writing about a stellar one! I purchased a Groupon and made my first order for delivery Jan. 5th, 2021. They were delivered on time and without incident. I don’t know what florist they used in Washington state but their flowers are amazing! Literally 2 weeks after delivery they are looking as fresh and vibrant as delivery day! I am very pleased.

The company has a terrifically well organized schedule! Seen the all over the town and being friends with a lot of their clients, I still wonder how they happen not so mess up an order. Very trustworthy and true to word!

When the order didn't arrive by 4 pm on 9/2, I called their customer service and was told the flowers would be delivered by 7 pm that day. Then, 40 minutes later I received an email saying that the order couldn't be filled (after almost a month since I paid for it!!!!). It was too late for me to order through anyone else.The flowers were never delivered. I haven't been refunded.

****Updating: Blooms Today called and informed me that a new florist will deliver flowers more closely to what was ordered. I appreciate the great customer service! :) Decided to try them through Groupon since shipping was included and reviews were decent. I usually use Pro Flowers. The bouquet I ordered looks nothing like what my mother in law received. It was horribly worse and the flowers dying! Colors all wrong. Just horrible! I’m really upset about this. She recently lost her husband so I was trying to help cheer her up. I have complained to the company. We’ll see what they come back with.
