I had some initial issues with app but very helpful staff sorted it, since then all great!

Solid value service, with good customer support. I appreciate the help I received from Kelsey in sorting out my account recently. Enjoying being a part of coffee club!

I've paid the annual subscription and so far it's very useful for the Cafe Nero chain around London. I've used the code in several branches. There's also one local independent coffee shop with the link so I must visit them. I've used it 3 or 4 times a week and savings overall will more than cover the subscription. But the App needs to show available coffee shops in your current location quickly so not sure how useful it is when away from my usual routines.

I love coffee and of course I love to save some money. The app is great and gives the opportunity to try coffee in new places at better price. In my opinion the app takes some more time than expected, and because of that other customers get inpatient when scanning more than once (the app and paying method) Thank you to give us the opportunity to taste and save in our coffee.
