The fish basket I ordered the fish was dry n the chips no seasoning also the breakfast meal the mushroom looked old also my thickshake was not a thickshake

good concept but website is atrociously slow. Search function is not easy to use and first shop tried to use it in did not work as didn't have ability to scan. The cancellation process also is very infuriating and designed for people to stay as its a hassle, very shady practices

I had some initial issues with app but very helpful staff sorted it, since then all great!

Solid value service, with good customer support. I appreciate the help I received from Kelsey in sorting out my account recently. Enjoying being a part of coffee club!
