DOORDASH – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I hurt my back this morning, I’m in a great deal of pain unable to go to the store to get anything for my back. I have no one to go to the store for me, so I tried DoorDash for the first time. Deedee was my Dasher. She was quick, efficient, very sweet. My only regret is I didn’t give her a big enough tip.

Sure Richard Dale Collins delivering in mount airy and surrounding areas!!! Do not trust him he will take off with your wife text her do anything he can . You don't want him on your property.

The dash delivery gals and guys are ALWAYS promp, curteous, well mannered, kind and helpful. I am also very pleased with prompt customer service… will continue to use DoorDash. Thanks to all employees!

My order was delivered quick and was very tasty, but when I went to input the tip amount, it had already been entered as an automatic amount. While I do like that DoorDash enters in an automatic amount so that the drivers are sure to receive a tip, there should be a way to adjust the amount / freedom to choose. I was probably more determined that I should have been, and wound up talking to a live chat agent, who at first stated I could indeed change the tip amount. I went back probably 10 times. Nope. 30 minutes later and $1 more to total $5, my agent was finally able to adjust the tip for me. Way to labor intensive DoorDash. You need to give your customers the freedom to choose the tip amount.
