DOORDASH Tracking Order Status

I was double charged for an item on my latest doordash order. I honestly didn't realize until after it arrived. I checked the price on the app and it showed the correct price (I was charged $22 for 1 order of boneless spareribs). I tried to do a chat with a doordash cust service assistant. That did not go well. She kept typing that the merchant is the one who sets the price. The price definitely wasn't $21.46 for 1 order of boneless spareribs when I added it to my cart (it was 10.73). Anyway, as I was trying to upload a screenshot of it, she tried to end the chat. She ended up escalating it to a "supervisor" who would call me back. Right as I was typing this, he called me. Had a very thick Middle Eastern accent. I couldn't understand much of what he said, but I did understand him when he told me that I was NOT overcharged and $21.46 is the correct price for 1 order of spareribs. I asked him if he would ever, in his right mind, pay that much money for an order of spareribs. He couldn't understand what I said. He just kept telling me that $21.46 is the price of the item. I kept telling him that I have a screenshot of the item with the correct price and it is not $21.46. I got absolutely nowhere. So, basically, these spareribs better make me poop gold for what I paid for them. DD customer support is completely useless. And I don't care if the merchant sets the price. The price was incorrect and I don't pay the merchant, I pay doordash! They need to fix it!

Placed order for food and drinks. When food arrived the drinks were missing. The delivery person couldn't speak English and my wife couldn't make him understand, he finally jumped in car and left. We called restaurant and they said they'd call us back, never did. Door dash called me and offered us $4.00 refund for 3 drinks (didn't cover cost) and she told us she couldn't send driver back to get our drinks. I removed their app from my phone.

I hurt my back this morning, I’m in a great deal of pain unable to go to the store to get anything for my back. I have no one to go to the store for me, so I tried DoorDash for the first time. Deedee was my Dasher. She was quick, efficient, very sweet. My only regret is I didn’t give her a big enough tip.

The way the menu is set up, is extremely confusing, as well as the wait time for a deliverer as well as food preparation. wait times can exceed an hour and usually your food arrives cold or half eaten.
