The windbreaker is top quality, it fits great, is perfectly breathable and also has a great design. It could even be used as a casual jacket.

I had an issue with one of the running vests whereby the button for the phone compartment had sheared off. As requested, I sent details and photos and within 36 hours of my issue being processed, I had a replacement. Thank you!

I had an original freetrain vest but also bought the hydrovest. On around my 3rd use, the attachment to tighten the bottle pocket broke. I contacted FreeTrain who offered to either replace or repair the vest, or keep the vest and get a partial refund. I explained that I was mid marathon training so a new vest would be better for me - to which once I posted I received within 2 working days! The communication (specifically from Hannah) in the customer service team has been exceptional. I am over the moon to have got my replacement as I think the vest is fantastic. Thanks so much team!

I’ve had my freetrain vest a while and unfortunately the popper on the phone part broke. I contacted freetrain and told them what happened. I had lost my order number but had other details to confirm it. Freetrain we’re sympathetic and have sent a replacement. There was no need to negotiate, it was just done. Every interaction was positive and beyond helpful. The customer service was truly exceptional and I will continue to be an advocate of their company and products. Top class stuff!

Fabulous product and wonderful customer service! I ordered one of the running vests to house my phone and bottle. It's a game changer, great quality and I can't do without it. When I did need to contact customer service Charlotte was fantastic and responded to me and sorted my issue within the day. I would highly recommend this company!
