Freetrain Tracking Order Status

Gone through my second vest that has failed due to shoddy quality and 0 responses for on customer care. Will never buy again

The windbreaker is top quality, it fits great, is perfectly breathable and also has a great design. It could even be used as a casual jacket.

The customer service is ok but the actual product is poor quality. I bought the vest (phone holder) and after less than a year, the metal popper that holds it together broke. I got a replacement soon enough via decent customer service but within another 9 months the exact same fault occured in the replacement. I do not use this everyday at all (maybe twice a month) but the product itself is low quality and not designed to last. This point is echoed by many others on this forum and I have now asked for a refund and bought another product

I had an issue with one of the running vests whereby the button for the phone compartment had sheared off. As requested, I sent details and photos and within 36 hours of my issue being processed, I had a replacement. Thank you!

Metal corroded meaning the vest is no longer useable. Would've thought they'd use non-corroding materials given you're meant to be working out whilst using them. It'll do for a few months but expect to buy again soon after. Wouldn't bother.
