Beautiful Next-Day Flower Delivery On Saturday, I panicked because I hadn't ordered any flowers for my mom for Mother's Day. I have often used online services but am often disappointed as the bouquet rarely looks as good in person as the photos. In this instance - the flowers were BETTER than the photo and description. All my mom can say is "WOW - the beautiful smell of these gorgeous flowers" over and over. My wife has had major surgery and needed to be cheered up,so I wanted to order her flowers and found this company, after placing the order o accidentally stumbled upon reviews for the company and was shocked ,I must off read 30 reviews all horrific and terrible, I was in a panic! Can I cancel? What do I do! So I decided to let it ride and if it was a bad experience I would just sum it up to a bought lesson, Believe it or not the order arrived rite on time! The delivery person was really helpful called me as I was not home just to make sure it was the correct address, the flower assortment looked exactly like the photos on the website! Very beautiful and fresh!!!!! I was amazed! They supplied everything in there service they offer. I was impressed and also surprised as I read so many bad reviews, was I just having a lucky fluke with this company? I have no idea,but the service was worth every penny! Regards,

I originally wrote a review with one star, different product delivered than what was ordered, I emailed customer service and received a reply within the hour !! They refunded half of the amount and promised to send out the correct arrangement, they came through with flying colors !! I can’t say enough good things about this customer service. Thank you for making good on your promises. I will definitely use you again
