From You Flowers Tracking Order Status

I ordered (# 425472051)a bouquet of the Gerbera Daisies (10 Stems $63.58 total) for my mother in law as they are her favorite flower and are typically a good choice for a long lasting cut flower. They arrived on time. 4 of the flower heads were not attached to the stem and the remainder were in various states of decay (centers rotted, drooping heads, spotting). The photos I have are from 2 days after delivery. The company was kind enough to credit me back a whopping $9.54 when I initially contacted them about the headless flowers. They did not respond when I emailed them photos of my $63.58 order of very poor quality flowers. Edit to add - they gave me a full refund

I ordered flowers from "From You Flowers" for Mother's Day to be delivered to my mom's home. I specified her address, and was also prompted to include my billing address. But, they delivered the flowers to the billing address (me,) not the shipping address (mom.) I reached out to From You Flowers, and repeatedly received automated/non-human correspondence not addressing the issue or providing any help. The overpriced flowers didn't last more than 4 days either. Overall, won't be using this flower service again.

Beautiful Next-Day Flower Delivery On Saturday, I panicked because I hadn't ordered any flowers for my mom for Mother's Day. I have often used online services but am often disappointed as the bouquet rarely looks as good in person as the photos. In this instance - the flowers were BETTER than the photo and description. All my mom can say is "WOW - the beautiful smell of these gorgeous flowers" over and over. I would highly recommend From Your Flowers for cost-effective and beautiful flowers delivered quickly and efficiently.

I like that they have a price calendar so I could save some money, but they don’t tell you the delivery fee until the end and the cheapest before-Mother’s-Day Thursday delivery had a huge delivery fee. Flowers delivered today were wilted and nowhere near the beautiful and colorful bouquet pictured. Did a chat with their team and they discounted “20%” which was 20% of the flower order, not the order including the delivery fee.
