The hotel has a great location opposite Windsor Castle and the Shambles Tea room and being less than 10 minutes walk from both stations. The room was spacious, with modern décor, it had a comfortable bed, tea and coffee facilities, desk and a hair dryer. Check in was easy and quick. The Concierge was excellent telling us how to get cheaper tickets for the Castle, which they printed for us, the time of the Changing of the Guard and they stored our luggage whilst we visited the Castle. We found the controls for the shower in our room (130) stiff and hard to operate.

Great hotel, convenient to the airport, only 509m from the departure gates. The staff were super helpful. I didn’t have any case, nor have I got WeChat or weibo pay, the staff Daniel went beyond his responsibilities and lended me $200RMB to help me get an taxt

Hotel nuovo e arredato in stile moderno, camere abbastanza silenziose con letto confortevole e TV grande... Colazione da rivedere. Consigliato per brevi soste.

I called Trip.com right away and help me to change the DOB..The Customer Hotline service are very responsive and I never pay extra charge, maybe bcoz I informed them ,withIn 24hrs.
