Trip Tracking Order Status

Compro billetes de avión y no entiendo porque me cobran la reserva de asientos cuando no pueden reservarlos y ahora tengo que esperar a que me devuelven el dinero.

The hotel has a great location opposite Windsor Castle and the Shambles Tea room and being less than 10 minutes walk from both stations. The room was spacious, with modern décor, it had a comfortable bed, tea and coffee facilities, desk and a hair dryer. Check in was easy and quick. The Concierge was excellent telling us how to get cheaper tickets for the Castle, which they printed for us, the time of the Changing of the Guard and they stored our luggage whilst we visited the Castle. We found the controls for the shower in our room (130) stiff and hard to operate.

The room smells heavily of cigarettes, both the bathroom and the room are very old, the air conditioning also not working, and at night, i have to keep the windows open to fall asleep.
