Excellent costumer service. I received a smoker as a gift and had no receipt for proof of purchase. Needed a new temperature sensor and they send me one for free. Thanks again!

After having my smoker for a year, I ran in to my auger motor burning out on me. However, the customer service at Z Grills is bar none the best I've ever had with any company! They sent me a new augor motor because it was covered under their 3 year warranty without any questions. I installed the new motor and it works perfectly. Thank you so much!

Have tried to connect with customer service for about 2 months and no one ever returns my call. This has been resolved.

Received my grill last night 12/6/22. found the lid and the chamber to be damaged. I emailed you right away. that was at 6:30pm. I also called a left a message. I got an email at 2:30am telling me to hammer out the dent in the hood because a replacement is on a two month B/O. or A $50 credit or 2 bags of pellets or I can wait on the lid. I answered the email and I also called and still have not had a response back. I called and left voicemail. I emailed. NOTHING BACK. Update. They finally got back to me. Customer service must be based in a different country. They are sending replacement parts.

I just received my ZGrill the other day and was excited to see how it performed, compared to my Weber charcoal smoker. The ease of use, quality of workmanship and most of all, the flavor of the meats are exceptional! I have a host of ideas for meals I plan to cook on this versatile cooker. Glad i made the purchase!!
