Z Grills Tracking Order Status

Excellent costumer service. I received a smoker as a gift and had no receipt for proof of purchase. Needed a new temperature sensor and they send me one for free. Thanks again!

After having my smoker for a year, I ran in to my auger motor burning out on me. However, the customer service at Z Grills is bar none the best I've ever had with any company! They sent me a new augor motor because it was covered under their 3 year warranty without any questions. I installed the new motor and it works perfectly. Thank you so much!

Grill delivered with some damage and a missing piece. I could live with the little bit of damage from delivery and asked zgrill just to send the one missing support bar for the frame. It's been over 8 months now and they keep telling me that they don't have the part in stock and its in backorder. After 8 months, I don't but that excuse. I would rather have the lie to me and tell me they have no intention to send it to me.

Got my grill via blind box. Got the 550. The quality of the unit is low. It was easy to put together. I noticed the temperature bouncing around a bit to the high side. I also noticed that there is very little smoke unless you turn the dial to SMOKE. I figured it would deliver a bit more smoke at 180 and 225. The ribs were good but not as good as when they come off my weber kettle. It is nice to be able to basically set it and forget it but for a better flavor and cook again the Weber Kettle cannot be beat!!! Hoping the temps regulate better on the next cook. Stay Tuned!!

This is not a quality grill. It worked for about 3 months & then it had wild temp swings. I would spend my money on a better grill. Im not impressed enough to try & fix it. Lesson learned, I should have listened to the reviews
