Boston Proper – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I purchased 2 items that didnt fit the way I had hoped. They were purchased as 'non returnable'. I didn't hesitate on the purchase because I have shopped their catalog for decades and everything always fits great. I sent a request for a return on these two items expecting nothing back because they were non returnable items. Within 1/2 hour I received a response from customer service that they would gladly refund my purchase and immediately sent a return label. You don't see that kind of customer service much anymore.......it was so very much appreciated!!

I needed a pair of "yellowish" sandals for a wedding later this month and found a very cool pair on BP. Slender strappy upper and a thick high heel, fit absolutely perfectly. I would have given the company 5 stars but the delivery was a little slow, they were a tad on the expensive side, and there was no free shipping for the $80 price tag. But I was legitimately pleased with the shoes; quality was good and they are very very cute! I have read lots and lots of negative reviews, but this one is authentically positive!

Just received three pieces (2) dresses and (1) long skirt and I can’t say enough nice things about the clothing. Beautiful fabric and design. I am picky! I shop at Nordstrom’s, Dillard’s, Chicos and some boutiques. This was absolutely some of the best clothing I have bought. I am an Interior Designer in Dallas and thought this was a grand slam. Thank you. Also, paid for three day shipping and it arrived right on time! This is my second or third order from Boston Proper!
