Boston Proper Tracking Order Status

I purchased 2 items that didnt fit the way I had hoped. They were purchased as 'non returnable'. I didn't hesitate on the purchase because I have shopped their catalog for decades and everything always fits great. I sent a request for a return on these two items expecting nothing back because they were non returnable items. Within 1/2 hour I received a response from customer service that they would gladly refund my purchase and immediately sent a return label. You don't see that kind of customer service much anymore.......it was so very much appreciated!!

Boston Proper infuriates me with their excessive shipping charges but the merchandise taking weeks to arrive at it's destination. They are gauging their loyal customers by charging so much to ship any merchandise but it moves through the postal system at the slowest possible pace because they send it the cheapest way possible. That makes me so mad that I stopped shopping there. I've tried to unsubscribe from their correspondence but that definitely doesn't work so I receive emails and text messages from them daily. Recently I attempted to place an order after a long absence and after charging my account for the purchase they informed me that they wouldn't ship to my address. They held up my funds for 10 days but had the nerve to deny me product which also infuriated me. Honestly I don't think I have one good thing to say about this company anymore. There was a time when I shopped on the website on a monthly basis and spent quite a bit of money there but they really don't recognize things like customer loyalty, the amount a customer spends yearly or customer satisfaction as well. This company has gone downhill so rapidly that shopping there is a complete risk and for myself I leave feeling frustrated and angry with every purchase I attempt to make. Last year they aborted shipment of a $500 package that I was expecting and haulted the package and requested it be returned to them only no one bothered to inform me about any of this. I panicked when I couldn't locate my $500 package that the tracking information said was delivered. It was delivered back to them for reasons I still don't know and nobody gave a crap about the whole thing. Their customer service people are horrendous and don't accomplish anything when called. It is my firm recommendation that you don't spend your money on this website. They're going to infuriate you with their horrific customer service and their ripp off shipping! Save yourself a ton of aggregation and time and shop somewhere else!

The merchandise I received was not sewn properly and therefore had a horribly unflattering fit.‘s company does not offer free returns so the customer winds up paying to return poor quality items. The return process was difficult but I sent it back in a timely fashion. Two weeks have passed and they have not processed my refund. When I called their office, the employee was not able to give me a firm answer on when my money would be returned. Extremely unprofessional, poor quality

Many clothing items shown on their website are not actually available. You wont know this except that after ordering, the ship date keeps being delayed. This has happened to me twice and I had to cancel the order.

I have been a customer for many years. The quality has definitely changed. I purchased a gorgeous bright pink bathing suit in May, an over the shoulder twist front mio one piece. I wore it many times at the beach and on a boat. It was very flattering. While visiting a friend, a group of us went in the pool, a salt water pool. After I got out and sat in the sun, my beautiful suit faded to an ugly grey pink. I cannot even wear it anymore. BTW, there were 7 of us and mine was the ONLY one that faded. I have contacted customer service and have never received an answer.
