Albany Park Tracking Order Status

Albany Park knowingly sold me a misrepresented item. I ordered a sofa in the color mustard, which is shown as a deep golden yellow. When I received it, it was a light olive green. When I contacted them, two levels of support told me that the fabric and dimensions of the sofa had recently been changed, but they had not “had time” to update their website. They are knowingly, selling sofas of a different color and dimension than they are representing on their website. I asked to return it and they wanted to charge me the restocking fee. The best part was - when I told them that I had damaged one of the large boxes when I opened it -and they suggested I take several cardboard boxes and packing tape to create a makeshift box to send the item back. Only after I played hardball and threatened to reveal them to my large group of Instagram followers did they offer me a discount or free pick up. All this being said, I am willing to give them two stars because I do feel that the quality of the item is very good - but I will never ever buy an item from them again.

Shipping is a nightmare when I finally decided to cancel they want me to pay a fee.

Absolutely love this couch! My partner has had her eye on one for quite a while, and when we bought a big enough house for it this was the first piece of furniture we bought! Delivery was smooth, set up was easy and the couch is great! So comfortable that we oftentimes end up knocking out on it while watching a movie on weekend nights. Great size and easy to arrange to different set ups. Highly recommend!

Love my Kova Pit! So happy with my choice! Great quality, easy to maintain, and looks very nice! I will look for more Albany Park pieces in the future!
