ALLSAINTS Tracking Order Status

Order GE5415947665NL is already 5 days overdue. No phone customer service. I check tracking and order hasn´t even left their premises. They just don´t answer. Beyond bad. Beyond fake chinese vendor scammers. Update: they ve replied to me one day after the above review and have provided addotional details on the parcel that is still way delayed. Very responsive which is appreciated. AllSaints has granted me with a refund for the item. At the end just four days delay in the shipment yet overall, exceptional customer service. Sorry if I rushed stating the top part of this review.

I bought an Ormond Herringbone Regular Fit Coat. The delivery was super fast and the coat is nice except for a weird design feature. The two internal pockets at chest height are both horizontal instead of vertical. This means my wallet and/or my phone slip out very easily when walking or bending forward ever so slightly. I thought they'd be ok but no, I'm going to have to get a tailor to modify these.

I bought from Allsaints recently and live in a remote location in southern Spain. I buy frequently from them. This is the first item of 2024 and they seem to have sorted out their delivery service from last year. That being said my item was going to be a day later than expected, due to Allsaints sourcing from the UK. The customer service was great, Ramiz was very polite and was willing to give me a refund for my delivery charge, with no fuss and I got an update on my item. The items from Allsaints are mostly ethically and environmentally sourced and beautifully made.

Been trying to reach customer service for days now; there are no agents on chat though they promise a 2-3 minute wait time (I'e waited for hours in total now). Very disappointing! *EDIT: they did reach out in the end and sort the query quickly.

I'm a repeat customer of AllSaints as their clothes are ace. Unfortunately though, I don't feel I can shop here again. I bought a dress for my wife which didn't sit right on her so she opted to return it. The dress was returned via Royal Mail pickup within the refund period (back on November 6th). The tracking says Royal Mail completed the job. I haven't heard anything from AllSaints, I've emailed twice and spoken to staff at their Cardiff store who seem powerless to help. The live chat bot doesn't appear whether I'm using desktop or mobile sites on multiple different browsers, so I'm left without the dress and without a refund. Not good. Update: After AllSaints' reply, I did as they've asked and still haven't heard anything back. Absolute jokers. Ombudsman next. Update: I have sent an email from two different email accounts with the reference number given. No response. Update: I have sent a final email from a third email address, from a different device, on a different internet connection. Could you look for the reference number once more please? If nothing on there I'll resort to Instagram as recommended. Update: Contact has been made by email. I have provided the information requested but have had no updates for over a week. Please could you provide a response. Update: 7/2/24, I have been refunded! Advice to others - email is hopeless. Contact via Instagram yielded a resolution within 10 days.
