Alo Yoga Tracking Order Status

So I've ordered from Alo before. I LOVE the quality of everything I ever purchase from them. However, the last time I purchased 3 pair of leggings and the most expensive pair I ordered ($108) was NOT in the box. All 3 were supposed to arrive in the box according to the packing slip. I immediately called and they said they would ship soon. However, 6 days later I haven't received notification that they've even shipped yet. :(

I have purchased several items from Alo and I have loved some and hated some. The return process has been the regular you would expect. I don’t understand all these negative reviews.

I love this brand, more than I thought I would. However, unfortunately as I live in the U.K. everything has been an absolute NIGHTMARE to return an item not only is it up to me to pay for it being international returns, if there is a problem with the return ie; ROYAL MAIL having lost my items it's all down to the sender to pay for it! NOT GOOD

have a pair of leggings since Qp+ years! and not a whole! cannot recommend them enough

I honestly do not understand all the bad reviews, especially about customer service. I ordered a bunch of stuff from Alo, never had a problem, all items always come new and untouched, never experienced problems with returns/refunds/exchanges. I will say though, that CS works better by phone not via email. For example latest issue: I received a warrior mat not in the best condition (it was sent in the colored black box and its paint just went onto the mat and made it quite dirty). Contacted CS via email - no response for 10 days. After 10 days contacted them by phone. Sent photos. One day later received a label, shipped the mat, got a replacement in a perfect condition two days later! CS representative was amazing, apologised for inconvenience, responded to messages quickly. So, imo CS is great!! Maybe it’s a different experience if you live outside United States..
