Good company with a very strong customer service ethic. This time I dealt with Mohammid, who was quite simply totally professional. He advised on product, helped with the ordering process and made sure that he communicated with both me and the builder when monitoring the delivery.

Very fast delivery, however delivery driver had left it on my doorstep as nobody was in at the time, luckily my next door neighbour spotted it and brought it in to his house otherwise it could have been taken or damaged 😕 Product is of very good standard.

Excellent customer service, really tried to sort out the problem with the radiator we ordered. The original faulty radiator was collected and replaced quickly. Unfortunately the replacement was also faulty (rusty and a missing patch of chrome plating). This one was collected quickly and they have promised a full refund once it reaches them. A shame poor products let down a company that tries it’s best.
