BeenVerified Tracking Order Status

I agreed to pay $5 to try BeenVerified in March '23 while I was looking at a used vehicle purchase. The BeenVerified reports were okay but they were just a consolidation of data that is freely available elsewhere, provided one is willing to collate stuff themselves; no biggie on the $5 and I cancelled immediately. The $5 charge showed-up in mid-April. I then spotted a $26.89 charge processed almost 2 months later, in mid-June. After about 10 minutes in an online chat, BeenVerified refunded the $26.89 (verified by PayPal) and assured me that the subscription has been cancelled this time. I can't quite explain the seemingly random payment more than 2 months after my paid trial. Bottom line; the service was of limited value and you have to watch their billing carefully but they do provide something of a service and, contrary to the experience of others, they did make good on the refund without any hassle. I won't recommend them but they are legitimate.

Good for looking up people, bad for looking up cars. I tried looking up my car because I want to sell it and I wanted to be very transparent with any buyers. The report only showed the information that was from the dealership I bought my car from 10 years ago.

I chose Beenverified to check the car, I was going to buy a BMW 3M for my wife, if not for Beenverified, then I would have been left without money, with the help of Beenverified I managed to tell about the scammer and the police took everything into their own hands. Thank you very much.

found this site on google search and was shown free searches *might of miss read it as free trial * still not free you pay a dollar then i did a search on myself and outside of old emails and other public info it failed to show me my criminal record lol kinda the whole reason for back ground searches then when i went to cancel my acct i found out i had to contact customer service to do it there is no manual unsub witch means if there late on contacting you back you will be charged for the full amount

After a free lookup of a person I was trying to get important paperwork to ,and after 5 minutes of my time the free lookup wanted money ! These sites are b.s. but still people try them and waste the time that's more important than the money. Would not trust these people with my dogs poop .worthless and took more time on there site to tell me nothing than it did to type this review and I type with one finger .
