The representative was very helpful in my order & questions I had regarding pricing, which was somewhat confusing regarding my order. She saw to it that all items were sent & received promptly. Which I really appreciated.

The items I ordered were by far the best price, items are usually i n stock and deliver quickly in good condition

I placed two orders from Bellacor for expensive outdoor furniture. They had the BEST price by far, compared to other retailers. Both orders shipped quickly and arrived in perfect shape. I believe I will be a regular shopper at Bellacor!

I purchased a two-tiered coffee table with two glass shelves, each of which rests on a gold rim it. The gold rims do not meet in the four corners of the table and look somewhat like a defect. It would have been helpful to have seen a photo of the table from the top down to decide if the gaps were an impediment to buying that particular table. I may not have made the purchase. The day after delivery (4/26) I sent photos of the gaps at the corners, and after making a second call to Customer Service, I was advised (5/9) that the gaps were not defects. They were there to provide balance for the glass shelves. Additionally, I questioned why some of the gaps were covered with plastic and was told that the plastic coverings were only for shipping and should be removed. It would have been helpful to have had that information with the delivery, as the plastic left a sticky residue on the metal (which I removed) but might not have been so sticky had I known to remove the covers upon delivery, instead of two weeks later. This was the first time that I have bought a furniture item that I had not seen in person. It is a lesson learned.
