Best Heating Tracking Order Status

Arrived 26 hours after ordering.Even though very well packed,some very slight damage to corner and front of radiator ( probably caused during transportation) which has been touched up.Very pleased with product.

I purchased a radiator, which when it arrived, was damaged. I emailed the company who responded the following day and arranged for a replacement to be sent. Great customer service :-)

I really wasn’t sure ordering radiators on line so rang up and spoke to Jack, he was so helpful with my order, set up the account put the order on so all I had to do was log in to pay. Also rang to enquire about the delivery and again so helpful, they all seem to go that extra mile to help! So lovely to deal with. Radiators are great too! 👍

Very efficient service. Cannot fault how the returned item was refunded very quickly, this was due to ourselves ordering the wrong part.
